I,
1. Three to four acres are actively being excavated at this time, with to~eoil stored within
100 feet of the exposed strip.
2. Partial boundary markers are present on the north aide of the Bite, ¢ut markers must be
placed along the other boundaries of the site, especially the eastern boundary. No DMG
permit sign was posted.
3. Mr. Freund stated that moat of the eastern aide of the pond had been m'ned and reclaimed.
While willows and vegetation were present, the eloping around the pon was approximately
2H:1V, instead of 3H:1V, ae required by the permit and the rules. Ade ate height exists
above the pond to facilitate cut and fill of these elopes without going outside the permit
area. These measures must be taken before release of this Bite will be allowed.
4. The financial warranty for this site will be refigured based on curr~nt conditions, and
a task coat estimate sent to the Operator within 14 days if an incre se to the bond ie
required. ~,
I & E Contact Address cc: Carl B.
