Connell Resources, Inc., Timnath Connell Pit, Permit No. M -1999 -050. Sketch showing the south end of the permit area
and the north end of Swift Ponds as they were on 8 -27 -01. The solid blue lines and arrows show the alternate routing for
water pumped from the active pit; de- watering could either be routed through the temporary sediment pond, then under the
county road, or could be routed to the west recharge pond. Any overflow from the recharge pond would flow through the
culvert under the county road, but the recharge pond was only 1/8 to Y. full on 8- 27 -01, so no overflow was occurring.
Excess water could also be routed to Box Elder Ditch, but this was not occurring on 8- 27 -01.
Weld
0
App ximatc • .
Extent
Gravel Pit on
8 -27 -01 Box Elder
Ditch
Temporary
est Recharge Pond Sediment Pond
itv Road 36 1
Newly installed
Culvert w/ Fist;
Filter
NORTH
This is a Rough
Sketch for Illustrative
Purposes Only
Not to Scale
Pond
under CR 36 14 Roads and other Graveled Surfaces
N
o
o
=o
