Box 980 <br />Gypsum, CO 81637 <br />RE: Eagle Gypsum Mine - File No. M-84-041 <br />Dear Mr. Onorofskie: <br />After returning from my inspection at your site on July 2, 1991, I reviewed <br />your mine file. <br />Map "F" of your Amendment No. 2 Application-Reclamation Plan shows the <br />locations of three sediment control structures. These structures are located <br />on the Map by the letter "J". <br />As part of the Board's approval of Amendment No.-2, a condition was placed on <br />Eagle Gypsum that as-built plans of all sediment ponds must be submitted to <br />the Division after construction 15 complete. Have these ponds been <br />constructed? If not, what is your projected time frame for construction?
