Jessie Green of Green Bros Inc. was present during the inspection. <br />weather conditions on site were clear and windy. Ground conditions were dry. <br />The 110 Mining and Reclamation Permit was issued to Green Bros Inc. on July 7, 1995 to affect <br />approximately 9.9 acres. Topsoil and overburden has been stripped and stockpiled for future <br />use. No excavation has taken place in the permit area. Stipulation No. O1 states that <br />groundwater cannot be exposed until a well permit is obtained from the State Engineer's <br />Office. The operator stated that they have not obtained a well permit or an augmentation <br />plan from the State Engineers Office to date. <br />The Division currently holds a financial warranty in the amount of $4,800.00. Due to the <br />limited disturbance on site the bond is adequate.
