Rollings, 370, OSM <br />Erica Crosby, CO Division of Minerals and Geology <br />Larry Reschke, PCC <br />Brian Dunfee, Peabody Western Coal Co. <br />PCC notified AFO on June 29, 1993, that the work required by NOV 93-020- <br />370-001, TV1, and FTACO 94-020-370-001, TV1, had been completed. The <br />waste piles, CRDA 1 and CRDA 2, had been covered with the approved depths <br />of cover material and the areas seeded and mulched (seeded oats). <br />The inspection verified that PCC has reclaimed the waste piles to the extent <br />required. DMG verified the depths of cover material and in fact found that the <br />depth of material was up to a foot deeper than planned in some locations. Oat <br />seed was visible on the material. <br />The NOV and FTACO were terminated during this inspection. The effective <br />date of termination is 6/29/94; the date PCC notified AFO that the abatement <br />measures had been completed. <br />
