,. <br /> <br />V. Status of Problem Resolution <br />The following items concern problems identified at previous inspections. <br />Problems are classified into two categories. These are: (1) problems <br />resolved; and (2) operator delinquent. The date that the problem is <br />resolved or the date that the operator is deemed delinquent is to be <br />clearly stated. <br />PROBLEM RESOLVED <br />83-2. The access road warning sign has been installed. <br />83-3. The mine entrance sign was changed to reflect the current <br />MLRD permit number. <br />83-5. The portal bench was graded to ensure drainage would not <br />flow down the access road. <br />83-8. The ehd sections of the portal bench culvert were securely <br />connected. <br />83-9. The access road drainage ditch was maintained upon my <br />return inspection of 3/3U/83. <br />83-1U. The portal bench perimeter ditch was maintained upon my <br />return inspection of 3/30/38. <br />RESOLUTION IN PROGRESS <br />83-6. All current NPDES monitoring permits should be sent to the <br />Division quarterly. <br />83-7. The perimeter must be marked in accordance with Rule 4.OL.3 <br />by July 1, 1983. <br />83-1. Submit the engineer's certification letter to MLRD by A ril <br />30, 1983 - (deadline extended). An extension was granted due to staff <br />changes at the mine. The engineer who supervised the original <br />construction is no lonyer with the company. <br />
