IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required <br />abatement and date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring <br />abatement and the termination of violations cited during previous inspections. <br />Notice of Violation CU-2002-008 was issued on June 17, 2002 for failure to conduct <br />hydrologic monitoring in accordance with the approved plan. The violation was <br />terminated on July 3, 2002 and was modified on July 18, 2002 following review of <br />additional information submitted by Greystone Environmental Consultants on behalf <br />of Basin Resources, Inc. It is currently in the penalty assessment phase.
