(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: t`~-~nns_n45 <br />INSPECTION DATE: 4/v~/nx INSPECTORS INITIALS: KAP <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This inspection was conducted as a follow-up pre-operational inspection to look at the most recent <br />materials submitted with the application and also served as training for newly hired EPS's with the <br />Division, regarding 1 12c applications in review. Present at the inspection were Kate Pickford, Chris <br />Rowe, Deb Gonima, and Rick Wenzel, DMG, and Matt Carnahan. Gravel, LLC. Weather at the time of <br />the inspection was clear, calm, and approximately 60 degrees. <br />2.
