The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS CORRECTION DATE The boundary markers are not adequate to delineate the boundary, and the file does 11/30/06 not contain an adequate current map, PB or PV: PB TOPIC(S): AR CORRECTIVE ACTION: The operator must provide proof (such as photos) of marking SM , _, the boundaries adequately, and submit an updated map (showing marker locations too). These items must be received at this office by the date shown at right. 2. There is a pond onsite, which is not approved in the DMG permit and for which there is 10/31/06 no evidence of approval by CDW R and/or water court. PB or PV: PB TOPIC(S): MP CORRECTIVE ACTION: The operator must either eliminate the pond, OR provide _, _, evidence of approval by CDW Rand/or water court if the pond is to remain onsite. (Note: if the pond is to remain, and approval is given by a water authority, the DRMS permit must still be revised by this office.) The operator must provide a statement clarifving whether the pond is intended to remain or be removed, by the date shown at right. 3. There are noxious weeds infesting the site, indicating that there is no weed control plan 10/31/06 or that it is not being carried out. PB or PV: PB TOPIC(S): RV CORRECTIVE ACTION: The operator must develop an effective weed control plan, _, _, with assistance from a local weed expert, and submit it to this office along with a written commitment to implement the plan as described in this report. The plan and commitment must be received at this office by the date shown at right.
