Trapper has submitted and obtained Division approval of Technical Revision No. 73 for
the inclusion of "dozer basins" into the permit application. The above-mentioned
memorandum was used as a guide in the approval process. A new section, Section XXIX,
was added to Appendix Q. Also, pages 3-ISM, 4-223 and 4-223a were included in the
permit application. The Division believes this resolves the concern.
15. A small gully on the light use road to the Ute pond needed some touch up work. Trapper
graded the road. The Division believes the issue was resolved.
16. After cleaning out the sediment in the Elk pond, a small peninsula of sediment remained.
Trapper said they could not reach that portion of the pond so they had to wait until they
had access to equipment that had a longer reach. Trapper eventually was able to remove
the peninsula of sediment from the Elk pond. The Division considers this work to have
resolved the issue.
The Division will contact OSM when the remaining items, item numbers 2, 6, 7 and 8 in this
letter, aze finally resolved.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me.
Sincerely,
.V ~~
oseph J.
