The problems <br />should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The boundary markers were not observed to be present 5/31/98 <br />at the site. <br />PB or PV:PB <br />Pursuant to Rule 3.12, the operator must mark the TOPIC(S):SM <br />boundary in a manner to adequately delineate it. The <br />operator must mark the boundaries, and provide proof <br />to the Division of such marked boundaries. Proof must <br />be received by the Division by the date shown at <br />right.... (The date set allows access after snow is <br />gone.) <br />2. The file does not contain an adequate map of the 5/31/98 <br />permit area. <br />PB or PV:PB <br />The operator must provide a map of the 9-acre permit TOPIC(S):AR <br />area, which includes all necessary features and <br />activities related to the operation (see Rules <br />6.2.1(2) and 6.3.5). The map(s) must be received by <br />the Division by the date shown at right....(The date <br />set allows access to the site after snow is gone.) <br />3.
