III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during <br />the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken durng the inspection and the <br />facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection conducted by Kent Gorham of the Colorado Division of Minerals <br />and Geology. The Rimrock Mine consists of approximately seven acres of reclamation. The <br />2004 growing season is the eleventh (11) growing season after reseeding. The ground was dry <br />and the weather was warm. <br /> <br /> <br />-S ~ + <br />Hydrologic Balance <br />The permanent sediment pond at the site was dry. The trickle tube spillway was clear of debris <br />and the emergency spillway appeared in good condition. Adjacent Engleville Gulch was also <br />dry due to the lack of any recent storm events. <br />
