Canany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />It has come to the attention of the Division of Minerals and Geology that a problem noted in a past mine <br />site inspection report either has not been corrected, or has been corrected, but documentation of the <br />corrective action taken was not submitted to our office. <br />Please see the enclosed inspection report for your mine site, issued as a result of past inspection of this <br />site.
