III. COMMENTS ~ COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made dudng <br />the rnspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken dunng the inspection and the <br />facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a complete inspection of the Chimney Rork Mine for the 4"'quarter, 2002. The purpose of this <br />inspection was to perform a Phase III bond release inspection of the AVF area. Present for the rnspection <br />was Randy pair from the OSM, Michael Keegan from Kaiser Ventures. Jeny Koblitz from Greystone, <br />landowner Mel Martinez, and Hany Ranney for DMG. <br />RECORDS: All records were inspected and found to be completely reorganized and updated.
