The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLB VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRHCTIVB ACTIONS <br />DATE <br />1. The operator was actively pushing waste rock outside the permit _ <br />area prior to and during the inspection. This may be considered PB or PV:PV <br />a possible violation for failing to protect areas outside of the TOPIC(S):OD <br />affected land from slides or damage during the mining and <br />reclamation operations. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: <br />The operator will need to remove the waste rock/flagstone that <br />was pushed over the edge under the current operations and place <br />within the permit area (rock material free of moss and <br />vegetation establishment). In addition, the operator will need <br />to install a temporary feature to ensure this activity is <br />prevented from future occurrence.
