Incorporate the installation of an erosion resistant 4-inch durable rock <br />cover on the slope between Stations 74 and 86 into the reclamation permit. This <br />installation is a requirement of the U.S. Forest Service. <br />3. Incorporate the use of shot Crete to stabilize rock cuts into the <br />reclamation permit. <br />4. Include the access road into bents 3 and 4 at Con-9 into the area of <br />affected land. In accordance with Division policy, this may be done Linder a technical <br />revision if an equal amount of undisturbed affected land is deleted ]:rom the area of <br />affected land, and if the same public notice procedures as required for an amendment <br />application are adhered to. Also, the Operator must waive the right to ~~ 30 day decision <br />on the technical revision to allow for the same public comment period that would apply to <br />an amendment application, and the Operator must agree that the application will have to <br />become an amendment in the event any adverse public comment is received. An instruction <br />sheet for this type of technical Revision was provided to the Operator previously.
