<br />Looking at the barge used to pump water out of the reservoir back to he tailings pond. The outlet <br />intake is buried in several feet of silt and the condition of the outlet is nknown. For this reason the <br />reservoir will be drained, a 23 ft-high cofferdam constructed here, and the outlet inspected this <br />summer or fall.
