111. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during <br />the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the <br />facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection conducted by Tom Kaldenbach of DRMS. No one else was present <br />during the inspection. The ground was clear of snow and the site fully accessible. Inspection <br />frequency for this revoked permit site is 3 partials and one complete per year. Photos taken during the <br />inspection are provided at the end of this report. No problems were found on the site. <br />Signs and Markers <br />The DRMS sign was in place next to Fourmile Road. <br />Suaport Facilities <br />No problems were found in the areas of the north access road and the south access road. <br />BackTll and Gradine <br />The site appears to have come through the winter well. Reclaimed slopes and the former portal/surface <br />facilities area on the north side of the road appeazed in good condition. There were no signs of slope <br />instability or excessive erosion. The slopes south of the road appeazed stable with no signs of <br />excessive erosion. <br />Reveeetation <br />The site has good vegetative cover and is starting to green up. <br />3 <br />
