Annual Report For March 2003 <br />Rudibaugh Pit <br />M1995-OS7 <br />Mr Warren Wilcox had in the passed stockpiled about 10 years worth of gravel products as he <br />operated the Rudibaugh pit M1995-057. <br />-~ Wilcox gavevs•a report-L-ate= that said he had•hauted 1-2,686 yards of grave! from the <br />Rudibaugh Pit. He is the only authorised user. <br />Mr Warren Wilcox is not the Pit lessee any more. We are in the process of finding a new <br />contractor. We aze allowing Mr. Wilcox to remove pre- processed product if he does it in a <br />timely manor. <br />We do not know if there will be any disturbances that will occur in the up coming yeaz. <br />There was no reclamation done in the year. <br /> <br />
