Coal Creek enters the Colorado River a short distance downstream of the lower dip section. A significant <br />sediment delta extending out into the river was deposited by the flood. <br />Other Observations <br />There was evidence of some runoff info Pond 13 from the August 1 storm event; the pond bottom was muddy at <br />the time of inspection, minimal new sediment deposition. <br />Riprap installation was continuing along the RSRDA Refuse Area Diversion Ditch Section "B-B" (see Photo <br />2704). The breached berm that had resulted in a large gully on the slope between the RSRDA access road and <br />the RSRDA North Collection Ditch had been repaired. <br />5 <br />
