IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement and <br />date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the termination of <br />violations cited during previous inspections. <br />No new inforcement actions were taken as a result of this inspection. There is one enforcement <br />action, NOV CV-2006-002, which has one remaining abatement item (Abatement Item 4). <br />CV-2006-002 <br />Abatement Item 4: Submit P.E. certification documenting proper repair of RSRDA Upper <br />Diversion and CRDA-1 Terrace Drain #4 by October 1.2006. <br />
