This inspection was conducted as part of the 4-year monitoring program in the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology. Present at the inspection were Kate Pickford, DMG and Greg Nelson, Weld County Public Works <br />Department. Weather at the time of the inspection was clear, calm, and approximately 35 degrees. <br />2. A sign was posted at the entrance to the site and most of the boundaries were marked. According to Mr. <br />Nelson, some of the boundary markers have been farmed under, but the site is scheduled to be surveyed and <br />the missing markers replaced. No unmined material is currently on the site. Topsoil stockpiles on the site are <br />vegetated and appear to contain and adequate amount of material with which to reclaim the site. The <br />western portion of the permit area is still to be mined. <br />3. All activities and completed work at the time of inspection appeared to be following the guidelines set forth <br />in the mining plan For the pit.
