No problems were found on the site. Operations appeared to comply with the approved mine plan. <br />Subsidence <br />Subsidence impacts to the land surface were inspected where mining occurred in eazly 2006 in the <br />western part of the Tipotsch lease. The land is owned by the Crawford Ranches and Mike Crawford <br />went along on this part of the inspection. The land is open pasture with a stock tank. Open subsidence <br />cracks a few inches wide by a few hundred feet long cross the part of the pasture inspected (Photo 1). <br />There is no vertical offset across a crack. Mr. Crawford said these cracks appear similar to other <br />subsidence cracks on the ranch. One crack inspected crossed through the stock pond (Photo 2). Mr. <br />Crawford said the pond leaked earlier in the year, but has since held water without leakage. <br />
