(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-I99a-i i 7 <br />INSPECTION DATE: »-»-na INSPECTOROS INITIALS: r;a5 <br />This was a partial monitoring inspection, wnducted as part of the normal monitoring program established by the Colorado <br />Division of Minerals and Geology. Present at the inspection were Carl Mount and Gregg Squire, DMG and Gordon <br />Sweeney, Mill Superintendent for Mount Royale Ventures, LLC (MRV-LLC). Weather at the time of the inspection was <br />clear and cold. The Permit is currently assigned to ITEC Environmental Colorado, Inc. (ITEC) with Mr. Mark Steen <br />identified as the Company contact, but the Division has received a "Transfer of Permit and Succession of Operator" <br />application to transfer the permit to MRV-LLC. The Division is currently recalculating the Financial Warranty requirements <br />and it is anticipated that the transfer will take place in the near future. <br />The mill permit is currently under temporary cessation and no milling was taking place, but MRV-LLC hopes to start up the <br />mill in the next few months. The inspection consisted of examining the entrance road and parking area, the stockpiles <br />adjacent to the parking area and a tour of the mill, conducted by Mr. Sweeney. Since it is anticipated that the mill will <br />startup again in the near future a general cleanup of the mill and repair of the equipment is underway. Once the <br />operator is ready to begin milling they should notify the Division that they will no longer keep the mill in temporary <br />cessation and are ready to place it back on active status. The Division would also like to conduct a complete inspection <br />after the mill is back in operation. <br />No problems or possible violations were observed during this inspection. <br />CC: R.T.
