Itt. c r~~t~n;~ r~-c t~~trt l.~~ct <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during <br />the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the <br />tack or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection of the Hamilton Mine for the month of July, 2003. <br />ROADS: Appear satisfactory. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE: All ditches and culverts appear to be clear and capable of functioning as <br />designed. Pond A and B were dry. Both ponds are capable of functioning as designed. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS: The site is dry and vegetation has been growing but drought conditions <br />are still apparent. The site is very stable as far as erosion is concerned. Evident from the picture, <br />vegetation surrounding the disturbed area rs still more robust than the reclaimed area. <br />
