The problems should be corrected by the dates given, orthey will <br />become possible violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce <br />their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the <br />previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />PB.1 The mining and reclamation plans do not reflect the current 12/01/98 and <br />disturbance at the Vagneur site. 34-32.5-112 3/1/99 <br />PB or PV PH <br />Corrective actions; By December 1, 1998, the operator shall Topics MP <br />file with the Division an amendment to the permit updating <br />all applicable exhibits and to include all disturbances and <br />facilities described under problem 1 of page 2 of this <br />report. The amendment shall be approved and bond submitted <br />by March 1, 1999. <br />PB.2 Groundwater and soil contamination by hydrocarbons has been 12/01/98 and <br />noted on site. If deleterious effects are noted the 3/1/99 <br />operator could be in possible violation of CRS 34-32.5- pB or PV PH <br />16 (4)(e).
