<br />(Page 2) <br />~J <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-iaRn-~aa <br />INSPECTION DATE: ~-~~-ni INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: ~~ <br />The Division conducted a monitoring inspection of the site on 1-26-01. The main purpose of the site <br />inspection was to monitor the phase II toe dam, while a crane was being transported to the phase II toe <br />dam area, to construct the highway relocation 67 bridge. Present during the inspection was Mr. Phil Barnes <br />of CC&V. The transportation of the Crane to the phase II toe dam area went with out a problem. No <br />structural deformation to the toe dam was noted during the process. In fact even in close proximity to the <br />crane, no ground movement was noted. According to Mr. Barnes, the largest crane will be moved to the toe <br />dam area sometime next moth. The division requested to be notified when that happens, so we can monitor <br />the move. Mr Barnes agreed to notify the Division ahead of time so the Division can observe the <br />transportation of the crane to the toe dam area. While in the area, inspected the Phase III leach pad area, <br />storm water diversion work was continuing, no major problem noted. Inspected the Phase II leach pad high <br />and low volume solution collection area and recorded the following readings from the Phase II, High and <br />Low volume solution collection system transducers. <br />Low volume solution collection system pump # 1 was recorded at .11 feet of head #2 was recorded at .12 <br />(MAX. HEAD ALLOWED IS 2 FEET ). High volume solution collection pump # 4 was recorded at 16.9 feet of <br />head, # 5 was recorded at 25 feet of head and # 6 was recorded at 23.4 feet of head. (MAX.
