111. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />A complete inspection of <br />Christine Johnston of <br />operator accompanied me <br />of Terror Creek Company <br />We discussed updatin <br />controllers, as TCC is <br />Resources. Most of the snow had <br />there were a few pockets of snow on the site. <br />Availability of Records <br />The mine records for the site were reviewed at the mine office. <br />For specific records reviewed and comments see the enclosed form <br />entitled, "DMG Availability of Records". <br />Hydrologic Balance <br />The water level in the sediment pond was about one foot below the <br />elevation of the principal spillway. The dugout pond was dry. The <br />silt fences located at either side of the inlet for SAE-1 have been <br />repaired. All other silt fences were inspected and no problems <br />were noted. <br />CEJ/059 insp.1024 <br />
