Knapweed was observed in several areas of the permitted site. 1 / 3 / 03 <br />Corrective Action' A weed control flan developed in consultation with and approved by. the <br />aoprooriate local weed control authority must be submitted as a technical revision to this permit. <br />2. An island is not noted in the pond as required by the reclamation plan. <br />Corrective Action: Grand Junction Pipe has three options: 1) Supply documentation of DMG ap rp oval <br />for the elimination of the island, 2) submit an technical revision that replaces the island with an equal <br />area of wetlands that is not already established or 3) the Division can calculate and bond for pumping <br />the pon an placement o materials to esta is t e regwre reclamation a ement. <br />3. No notable orogress toward final reclamation is noted on <br />Corrective Action: Please suR~ly documentation to the Division concerning Grand Junction Pipe's <br />time table for reclamation of this site.
