Permit i M-79-165
On behalf of our client Albert Frei and Sons, Inc. , I am
responding to your Inspection report. I apologize for taking so
long to get back to you concerning this inspection. The seven
observations you made in the inspection report are minor problems
that are easy to correct. I will address each observation in the
order you presented it.
1 ) The sign was in place at the time of the inspection and all
corners were marked. I have enclosed photos showing the
sigh and each corner post for the site.
2 ) This area covered approximately 1 .7 acres. The area was
cleaned and resoiled with 12 inches of topsoil in May 1996
with approximately 2, 743 cy of topsoil.
3) By resoiling the north area we eliminated the knapweed
problem so it would not spread. Seeding will begin on
parcel A this fall.
4 ) The rebar was cut off at ground level and removed prior to
resoiling.
5 ) We understand this requirement and will follow those re-
quirements as the shaping takes place.
6 ) I concur with your numbers on the volume of topsoil needed
to complete reclamation. We are preparing a Technical
Revision to address this issue and it will be submitted
tomorrow.
