Both sediment ponds were <br />found dry. The Monarch fan site was also inspected and appeared well vegetated and <br />normal. Silt fence remains standing and functional. The Newlin Creek topsoil stockpile <br />footprint also appeared normal. Vegetation is becoming established along with the normal <br />compliment of annual weeds The silt fence at this location has been knocked down by <br />animals or winds and should be re-established for at least one more growing season until <br />
