The F~roblems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible <br />violations should Ise corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />The stockpiled topsoil has become infested with annual weeds and no grass is <br />growing there as protection, This was to be treated two years ago, but the condition <br />persists. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: <br />The weeds on the topsoil must be treated to the extent that desirable vegetation may <br />become established. The operator must therefore treat the weeds and ensure that <br />grass establishment occurs (possibly through another seeding). <br />The operator must perform these activities at the earliest proper season (such as fall <br />1999 or during 2000!, according to local recommendations for weed control or <br />revegetatio~. The date shown at right allows the operator sufficient time to perform <br />the necess~iry practices. The operator must notify the Division of the completed <br />activities bl~ the date shown at right. <br />12/31 /00 <br />PB or PV: PB <br />TOPIC{SI: TS <br />2.
