This inspection was conducted as part of the 4-year monitoring program in the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology. Present at the inspection were Kate Pickford, DMG and Greg Nelson, Weld County Public Works <br />Department. Weather at the time of the inspection was clear, breery, and approximately 45 degrees. <br />2. A sign was posted at the site entrance, and the boundaries at the site were marked. Topsoil was stockpiled <br />in multiple locations at the site; they are vegetated; and appear to contain and adequate amount of material <br />with which to reclaim the site. The site has been mined out and a very large amount of material is stockpiled <br />on the site. This material will be hauled off the site. A highwall still exists along the west side of the site that will <br />be graded. The eastern portion of the site has been graded but not seed, yet vegetation is becoming <br />established on its own. <br />3. All activities and completed work at the time of inspection appeared to be following the guidelines set forth <br />in the mining plan for the pit.
