It does not exhibit final gradients, but has reached its limits on the north and <br />east sides. There is still some room to expand toward the southern boundary land west into the unmined areal• <br />There are items discussed above which warrant a response from the operator. If some of the future activities onsite relate <br />to these items above must be added to the approved plans, then they may require a technical revision. <br />in June the annual report is due. The operator must ensure that the map is updated to show areas of mining activity, <br />reclamation activity, and imported materials (concrete, topsoil, manure, bridge parts, etc.l. <br />There were no additional items observed. No problems exist at this time. All responses or questions about this inspection <br />report should be directed to this inspector at the Division's Durango Field Office.
