There is little recent activity in the east pit. It does not exhibit final gradients, but has reached its limits on the north and
east sides. There is still some room to expand toward the southern boundary land west into the unmined areal•
There are items discussed above which warrant a response from the operator. If some of the future activities onsite relate
to these items above must be added to the approved plans, then they may require a technical revision.
in June the annual report is due. The operator must ensure that the map is updated to show areas of mining activity,
reclamation activity, and imported materials (concrete, topsoil, manure, bridge parts, etc.l.
There were no additional items observed. No problems exist at this time. All responses or questions about this inspection
