The Division noted an <br />erosion problem in the permit azea that you ageed to repair. The problem was to be resolved by <br />January 7, 2004. Have you completed the corrective action? If not, how much more time would <br />you need to comply with the corrective action? If you repaired the erosion features I would like <br />to come back out to see how you took care of the problem.
