The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become passible violations. The possible <br />violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />There is oil-contaminated soil on the site, which could adversely affect nearby or 8/31 /00 <br />down gradient hydrologic resources. PB or PV: PB <br />TOPICISI: AT <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: The operator must pick ug all contaminated soils from the pit , _ <br />floor, and either remove them from the site to an authorized disposal facility, or <br />adeguately treat them onsite (such as by spreading all such soils in a very thin layer <br />over a large area of dry soils and periodically turning or tilling them. Properly <br />performed, sun and biologic action will break down volatile hydrocarbons.) The <br />operator must contact this inspector prior to commencing disposal or treatment. <br />Future fluid storage onsite must include secondary containment lincludinp <br />impermeable linerl. <br />The corrective action must be completed before the date shown at right. <br />2.
