.., <br />Y. ~nsoecticn summar! <br />The inspection was conducted without an operator contact present, as Larry aeschke <br />was out for the day. However, I contacted Mr. Reschke on Friday, and also talked to <br />Mr. Paul Moh1° regarding my visit with Mr. and Mrs. Stein. <br />It should be noted that at the time I visited the Stein residence, the fan noise <br />was only faintly audible in the background, as indicated by Jim Herron in his May <br />inspection report. However, the Steins indicated that the fan noise varied greatly with <br />weather conditions and wind direction, and was Zoudest at night and early in the morning. <br />Mr. Stein had made tape recordings at various times in which the roar from the Fan is <br />definitely discernible. Their desire to have the noise muffled is understandable. <br /> <br />
