(Colowyo) on September 25, 2000. A Phase I Bond Release (1997 Phase 1 <br />Bond Release, Decision Date April 27, 1998) was approved f« the greater portion of the <br />wbject area of this Phase II application. fie remalnirrp 50 acxes of this Phase II bond <br />release appOcatbn was granted Phase I bond release on September 25, 1987 (Phase I <br />and II Bond Reteage) These areas are iAustrated on E~dribit 3 of fhe AppOcation (Phase I <br />Bond Release 9/25/87 and Phase I Bond Release 5/11/981. fits Colorado DNWon of <br />Minerals and Geology (Division) inspection was scheduled for June 19, 2001 in <br />compliance with Rule 3J13.2(2).
