III. COMMENTS - COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during <br />the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the <br />facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was partial inspection conducted by Tom Kaldenbach of the Colorado Division of Minerals <br />and Geology. No one else was present. The entrance gates to the loadout were locked. No <br />vehicles were present at the site, and there appeared to have been no recent activity. <br />The water level in the Truck Loop pond was less than a foot below the top of the drop inlet. <br />Snow melting on the banks of the pond appeared to be a main source of water in the pond. No <br />problems were found at the site. <br />
