The site is a small 9.9 ACRES quarry, located in Teller County along the West Side of Tell County <br />Road 1. Operator was noti£ed of the pending inspection but was unable to attend. As reported in the annual <br />report and verified visually on the day of the inspection, approximately 2.5 acres appeared to be disturbed. <br />The permit allows the operator to not exceed a maximum of 3 acres disturbance, with contemporaneous <br />reclamation. Because the permit condition was as such, the financial warranty was calculated at $ 1800.00, <br />however, operator has to be very careful not to exceed the present disturbance with out grading the <br />EXISTING DITURBED AREA THAT ARE NOT GRADED TO THE APPROVED RECALAMTION PLAN OR , <br />OPEARTOR WILL HAVE TO POST ADDITIONAL WARRANTY TO COVER THE ADDED COST OF RECLAMATION. <br />The entire area was walked and inspected, permit sign and boundary markers properly displayed.
