The permit holder was <br />contacted prior to the inspection but could not participate due to conflict with scheduling. <br />The Toltec No. 2 is a 110(2} metal mine, approved for 8 acres affected land. DMG holds $2,500 financial <br />warranty. <br />Snow depth was 3 - 4 feet deep. DMG could not access the site due to snow depth for unplowed roads. <br />DMG last inspected the site on August 10, 2000, and reported that mining activities had affected <br />approximately 0.25 acres.
