These are: (Z) problems resolved; (2) resolution still in process; and <br />(3J operator delinquent. The date chat the problem is resolved or t're date that the ccerator <br />is deemed delinquent is to ba clearly stated. <br />Resolution in Pro Tess <br />1. Materials blocking the diversion ditch east of the shop rust ,be cleared by <br />April 15, 1982. <br />2. The drainage system around the portal area and the diversion ditch a=ena the <br />ranch road above the portal must be cleared by June 1, 1982. <br />4. The remainder of the road scrappings must be. disposed of in the applcvecl Ian!7- <br />fi1l by May 1, 1982. <br />
