IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required <br />abatement and date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement <br />and the termination of violations cited during previous inspections. <br />Downcutting in the Oak drainage is still evident. Repairs to this drainage from the August 6, 2002 storm damage <br />have not been completed at the time of this inspection. Images indicate downcutting of the West flume drainages <br />occurred as well. <br />Back611 & Gradine : Only one spoil ridge is present West of A pit, 1 %z to 2 spoil ridges follow Z pit, and only <br />one spoil ridge is present on the west side of D/E pit and F pit. TMI continues to keep back 611 and grading <br />operations caught up with pit advancement. <br />Repair of summer thunderstorm damage in the Pyeatt and Oak drainages should continue.
