A site inspection was made at the request of the operator, who has r. <br />several areas at the Rocky Road Quarry that may qualify for re <br />responsibility. The operator has permitted a total of 106.5 acres of which 25 acres ay be disturbed at <br />any one time. The location of the 106.5 acres was defined by a land cla sification map and <br />land survey approved by the Division on April 1, 1998 under the terms of Technical Revision <br />No. 1. The operator has posted a financial warranty of 557,200 for a t tal disturbance of <br />25 acres. This amount is still adequate for reclamation of the expecte disturbance. <br />3. The inspection confirmed that the following areas are ready to be re <br />reclamation responsibility: <br />RL-2 0 .20 acres <br />PLUR-1 0 .78 acres <br />PLUR-2 0. 32 acres <br />PL-2 0. 36 acres <br />PL-3 1. 35 acres <br />Total 3. 01 acres <br />4. The inspection also confirmed that there are approximately 18.26 ac <br />that are in varying degrees of disturbance and will be subject to the t <br />reclamation plan. Since the operator is allowed up to 25 acres of d <br />potential for an additional 6.74 acres of disturbance (following relea <br />noted above in Item 3).
