I will summarize our efforts to
comply with those recommendations.
1. Lde are currently hauling gravel out of storage and mining
some gravel from the pits on a small basis. At the present time,
we are continuing to attempt to sell the property to investors
who may start up full scale mining.
2. It is our belief that by removing the stockpile on the south-
west wide of Pit ~k2 it will cause injury to the cottonwood trees
because they are growing out of the stockpile and have formed
root systems within the stockpile. Lde will continue to monitor
the trees' progress.
3. 'rte have contacted the power company (REA of Morgan County) about
the power pole on the north side of Lake ~p2 to have the pole
removed and the power line re-routed. Presently there is no
electricity running through this line.
4. Please see enclosed maps. The areas indicated by orange are
the topsoil stockpiles.

TrIE FARMERS STATE BANK
A PIU\EER BA\K
