III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was partial inspection conducted by Janet Binns of the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology. <br />The mine is reclaimed, with no facilities and no personnel remaining on site. The mine was an <br />underground mine The mine site was dry. <br />Roads: Berm across County Road needs re-definition. <br />Hvdroloeic Balance: The pond is dry. <br />Slides: No additional rockfall is apparent on the reclaimed mine bench. No rock is observed in the <br />County Road. <br />Reve etg anon: No noxious weeds were observed on the mine site. Heavy grazing has occurred this spring <br />on the reclaimed mine area east of the county road. Grazing had occurred recently as evidenced by fresh <br />cattle tracks coming from the pasture.
