Permit #92-051 is in <br />the process oi' being converted to s 112 permit which will include <br />property bought from Carestia Permit #M-R1-036. The total <br />property is 83.5 acres ZOned Heavy industrial within the Town of <br />Ylorertce City Limits. The 'total affected area under the new 112 <br />Permit will he 35 acres with approximately another 25 acres <br />affected at a later phase. <br />We are not stril>ping '1'o.psoil. ~ We let it fall to the pit <br />floor and mix it with another layer of dirt underneath, what we <br />call overburden, which varies from 2 to 6 feet. This is segre- <br />gated with the loader and moved to the far East perimeter of tt+e <br />permitted area behind the mine wall - out oC tt+e way of our <br />uper'ation. At present there is a stock pile npproximntely 500' <br />feet long from 20'to 6U' wide and up to 40' tall which will be <br />brought back for reclamation pur'puses when we a.re finished mining <br />the vein of River Rock.
