noxious weed control and management plan to be implemented
on site. Submit to the Division within 60 days of receipt
of this inspection report.
PB2. Amine sign needs to be installed and clearly visible from 60 days of
the access road with the name of the operator, a statement receipt
that a reclamation permit for the operation has been issued PB or PV
b the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board and the permit Topic(s) SJN
number. Rule 3.1.12(1)
Submit to the Division a photograph of the posted sign
within 60 days of receipt of this inspection report.
