M. as requested by Mr. John Poulos. <br />I performed soil moisture content and soil density tests as requested by <br />Mr. Poulos of material being placed for fill at the Lone Pine Waste Pile, using <br />nuclear soil density test methods. Please refer to the test results sheet for <br />approximate test locations and test results. The test results were verbally <br />given to Mr. Poulos of West Elk Mine at the time of our site visit, The test <br />results indicate only the relative compaction and soil moisture content of the <br />material tested at the elevation and location tested at the time of our site visit. <br />P. 4 BOX 7DB0 P.
