S <br />Hawknest, p~. 2 <br />The West Mine reclamation area is again stable, shoreline stable, and vegetation doing <br />well with shrubs becoming established here also. The sediment pond was completely dry <br />and willows are beginning to become well established in and around the pond area. <br />These reclamation areas comprising the Hawksnest site are owned by Owbow Minerals, <br />LLC; and the railroad had approached Owbow seeking permission to extend a former <br />haulroad grade as access to one of their track switches. Oxbow personnel also related that <br />the county road will probably be repaved soon a] the way to the Sanborn Creek mine <br />reclamation area. <br />No offsite impacts were noted here at Hawksnest from any of the three reclamation <br />parcels. This concluded the inspection.
